The initial group consultation walks through the fitness assessment in depth to look at how we will programme for not only the group sessions, but your personalised tailored sessions too. This is to accompany our 1:1 consultation with your coach where you will be looking into your goals in more depth, taking into account lifestyle factors, barriers & limitations, abilities, mindset and nutrition. Whist also benchmarking your current body statistics & picture references.
You will be working with your coach on a weekly basis moving through your group training programmes, learning how to lift with correct execution & understanding how you can apply this to your own programmes.
You will get access to check in daily with your coach via Whatsapp. Whilst also a part of a close knit community which will be on the Private Facebook members site.
This group training environment takes into account the community aspect, but also the tailored approach too. Your own nutrition & training programmes are what will sit inline with your goals from the outset. It’s important we establish from the beginning so we put ourselves in the strongest position possible to reach your goals.
