What we’re looking for:
Growth in self-belief, reflection, awareness, and ownership.
This is the heart of the challenge.
How it’s scored:
Engagement (10 pts): Attending mindset sessions, completing mindset tasks.
Self-Reflection (10 pts): Sharing challenges, wins, and reflections in check-ins or Discord.
Growth Mindset (10 pts): Effort, resilience, openness to feedback, positive language.
Max: 30 points
STRENGTH, CARDIO & PERFORMANCE – 25 POINTS (25%)
What we’re looking for:
Visible improvements in how you train, move, lift, breathe and show up.
How it’s scored:
Strength Progress (10 pts): Measured improvements in key lifts or performance metrics.
Cardio/Endurance (5 pts): Improvements in fitness tests or conditioning.
Daily Activity (5 pts): Steps, movement habits, recovery.
Effort & Focus (5 pts): Engagement, intent and coachability on the gym floor.
Max: 25 points

Physical Progress (10 pts): Visible changes in body composition, measurements, or clothing fit.
Lifestyle Habits (5 pts): Improvements in sleep, nutrition and hydration.
Max: 15 points
IN SUMMARY
This isn’t a “biggest loser” challenge.
It’s not judged on who looks the leanest.
It’s judged on:
How you think, how you show up, how you grow, how you engage, and how consistently you act.
If you commit — the points take care of themselves.
