Nutrition and training programming
You will be taken through an online or 1:1 consultation process which is taken from the back of your online consultation form. We will need details regarding your current position on your journey, goals and objectives, mindset, lifestyle review and will assess nutrition and exercise.
Your coach will collate all information, they will then design and apply your coaching programme, for both lifestyle, nutrition and exercise to suit your goals via your custom app.
Your programme structure for both training and nutrition gives you an overview of what your next 28 days is going to look like. From what training sessions to be doing when, to what nutritional targets are required.
To keep up with accountability, we believe daily WhatsApp contact is a vital part of the coaching process. This compliments the weekly/bi-weekly check in you may have with your coach where you will sit down and fully assess your week via the online check in document you will fill out. From there, adjustments will be made where necessary.
An important factor of our 28 Day coaching process is that it’s vital we educate you throughout your time with us, giving you the tools & the ability to apply our methods to your own training whilst with us & most importantly when you’re not.
To keep inline with our initial goals, a weekly or bi-weekly check in review is scheduled where you will review the week at hand with your coach. This enables you to get the most out of the 28 day programme.
Essentially, we are looking to help you build some sustainable habits and help you look at your behaviour towards training and nutrition.
The 28 day programme is suitable for both male and female clients.
