PROMOTING CONFIDENCE AND SELF ESTEEM FROM A YOUNG AGE WHILST BUILDING ON STRENGTH, HEALTH AND FITNESS.
Youth Strength Academy (YSA) is more than a children’s fitness programme. It’s a safe, energising space where young people learn how to move well, think strong and believe in themselves. Through fun, structured sessions designed by expert coaches, children and teens discover what their bodies can do - and how movement can become a lifelong source of confidence, connection and joy.
JUNIORS (AGES 7–10)
Our Junior sessions are where everything begins. Through games, teamwork and creative challenges, children learn to move with purpose, build coordination and balance, and feel proud of what their bodies can do. Every session is filled with laughter, encouragement and connection. We focus on confidence before competition, helping every child walk away smiling, stronger and ready to take on the world.
SENIORS (AGES 11–13)
As children grow, so does their need for structure, belief and understanding of how movement supports their wellbeing. Our Senior sessions introduce more focused strength, fitness and teamwork while keeping it fun and engaging. We help them channel energy, develop discipline and discover how training can boost mood, focus and self-esteem - lessons that carry from the gym to school and beyond.
ELITES (AGES 12–16)
The Elite programme bridges the gap between youth training and adult gym confidence. Here, teens learn safe, progressive strength training, build athletic performance and understand how to use the gym independently. But more importantly, they learn that strength training is about more than appearance - it’s about confidence, resilience and self-respect. Our goal is to give every young person the tools to feel capable, empowered and proud of who they’re becoming.
WHY PARENTS LOVE YSA...
Parents tell us that YSA has helped their children become more confident, focused and active - and that the benefits reach far beyond the gym. They notice better concentration at school, calmer energy at home and a sense of pride that can’t be taught in a classroom.
At KL Health Hub, we believe in shaping confident, capable young people - not through pressure or competition, but through movement, community and belonging.
As a parent, I could not be more grateful for what YSA has done for both of my children. Brad has become stronger, more active, and has made brilliant friends. He now understands the benefits of looking after his body and he is proud of what he can do.
For Anna, the change has been even bigger. She is more confident around people and feels able to use the gym independently. She has learnt that strength training can be a powerful part of supporting body image and her mental wellbeing too.
What you are doing for children is truly incredible. You are helping them understand their bodies, building confidence, and giving them tools that will help them in every part of life.
